The LSU starlet has taken the world by storm with her electrifying performances in this year’s tournament. Moreover, her antics against Iowa star Caitlin Clark during the Final showdown have also attracted a lot of attention, albeit mostly negative. Amidst all the craziness, the 20-year-old had also been linked to a hip-hop superstar, leaving fans in disbelief.

The rapper in question is NBA YoungBoy. Although Reese had already addressed the dating rumors, the rapper has fans buzzing across the internet after a recent tweet.

Angel Reese’s popularity has shot through the roof over the past few days. Following LSU’s brilliant final win over Iowa State, Reese started grabbing media headlines after enacting John Cena’s ‘You can’t C me’ gesture, while pointing out her ring finger to Caitlin Clark. 

Just days after her controversy on the court, the LSU star was linked with rapper NBA YoungBoy. However, she firmly denied all such claims and set the records straight.

“I’m not this man GF. Please stop”, wrote Reese replying to a tweet, which suggested that YoungBoy is dating Reese. Although, it seemed like the rumors had died down, YoungBoy’s recent tweets have started the discussions yet again.

It seems like the rapper was flirting with the basketball sensation when he retweeted one of her tweets. In response to Reese’s tweet, “Just let me be the video vixen“, YoungBoy wrote, “And just let me do the humming“. Here’s what the fans had to say about this back-and-forth.

Interestingly, it seems like the rapper had mentioned LSU in one of his earlier songs. Coincidence?

Whether or not NBA YoungBoy was really shooting his shot at Angel Reese is open for interpretation. Interestingly, Reese might enter YoungBoy’s line of business very soon.

Following LSU’s NCAA finals win, Hip Hop legend Lil Wayne teased a potential collab with Flau’jae Johnson, one of LSU’s brightest prospects. Reese has also requested to be a part of the music video, if and when it drops in the future.
