In the latest episode of his podcast called ‘The Big Tree’, Shaquille O’Neal talked about hiring. It is no accident O’Neal is one of the best entrepreneurs out there. As per reports, he has a net worth of $400 million. During the show, he disclosed he only hires the top candidate irrespective of their gender. He also admitted that is the same reason he hired co-host Nischelle Turner to his podcast.
