Shaquille O’Neal is one of the many celebrities who has been named as a defendant in a class-action lawsuit. He is also the only defendant left to be served with a legal notice.
The class-action lawsuit was filed last year in November 2022. Since then, all the accused have been served with required legal documents, except for the Los Angeles Lakers legend, leading the lawyers to be still pursuing due compliance before they can go ahead regarding Shaq’s involvement in the matter.
