Bayless’ comments might resonate with everyone who watched the 2021 All-Star game. Steph Curry controlled the first half with his flawless shooting, while Lillard took over in the final two quarters including making the game-winner.

“Steph Curry, Damian Lillard, are by far the two greatest distance shooters this league has ever seen. But why is that? Because they dare to be, because they can be,” Bayless mentioned.

Skip Bayless was impressed with how Curry and Lillard are owning the stage. He brought up examples from the past to depict how the game has evolved from the time when half-court shots were considered plain disrespectful.

Curry and Lillard were out of the world with their distance shooting. The Warriors star shot six three-pointers in the first half and took matters into his own hands. Naturally, fans and fellow NBA athletes were awe-struck with Curry and Lillard’s shooting.
