Larsa Pippen and Marcus Johnson, Michael Jordan‘s son, are a couple for a year now and have been the cynosure of the fans for a while. The two have taken everything in their tide, right from the controversy of their age group to the fact that both come from the same social circle, with Marcus being the son of the NBA legend Michael Jordon and Larsa the ex-wife of Michael Jordan’s Chicago Bulls teammate Scottie Pippen. The confident duo has now sat down to speak about their experiences in a tell-all episode of their podcast, Separation Anxiety with Larsa Pippen and Marcus Johnson.

As the conversation went deeper, both had a deep and meaningful discussion about children and also about the aspect of men of a certain age that ended up being unmarried – which, at the age of 32, Marcus was before getting into a relationship with Larsa. The discussion could have gone south, but thankfully, both individuals were mature enough – not to mention in love – to handle the situation well.

Marcus justifies his ‘unmarried’ tag to Larsa

During the podcast, the two discuss what’s uncommon between them, and Marcus immediately speaks out that one of the aspects that are not common between them is that she has children and he doesn’t.

He does put it up to societal norms, but Larsa takes the conversation and says, “I don’t know very many men who are 32 and don’t have kids. I feel like before you, I wouldn’t trust them.  I would just think that there’s something definitely wrong with him. He’s never gonna marry, he doesn’t have kids, what’s the deal?”

However, Marcus’ reply was logical. He said, “I was always focused on my business. I think I am warming up to the idea of slowing down. Because I do feel that when you have young children, you do have to slow down to a degree.”

Larsa Pippen and Marcus have been together for a year now

Larsa Pippen, who is 16 years older than Marcus, has four children, the eldest being 22 years old. In the same podcast, Larsa reveals she has frozen her eggs and Marcus appreciates her efforts. Larsa ended a nearly 20-year marriage with Scottie before she got into a relationship with Marcus.

The podcast is an eye-opener when it comes to dissecting the lifestyle of the talented and the famous. Larsa and Marcus do talk about everyday incidents and aspects that a couple would face and handle those subjects graciously enough.
