Despite an underwhelming start to their season, Miami is now going head-to-head against the Denver Nuggets for the championship. After two games, the final stands tied at 1-1. The Heat, however, has shown impressive growth in the last game after starting the series on the wrong foot. Recently, the Miami franchise received some bad news concerning their star player, Jimmy Butler.

Jimmy Butler and the Heat hit with another concerning update

This is the time in the season when the Heat needs their star players the most. Although Butler was the one who got them here, especially with his brutal onslaught on the Milwaukee Bucks, the Heat requires his brilliance yet again. As per multiple reports which were later confirmed by Skip Bayless as well, Butler has a family emergency. Bayless reported that Butler’s father is going through some health issues. According to him, this can lead to Butler losing sight of his ultimate objective, which is to win the title with his team. Although it is a thing of the future as of now, the Heat camp would hope that the situation doesn’t get worse from here.

Bayless said that “he might be a little distracted,” or drained because of the disturbing news. In a time as crucial as the NBA Finals, Butler’s presence is a must. Soon after the news, another concerning piece of information regarding Tyler Herro has come up. Herro is said to have soreness in his right hand. As per reports, the Heat star is experiencing “both soreness and swelling in the right hand.”

Herro is also having trouble while “making a “follow through” shooting motion.” Amidst all these issues, the 23-year-old is considering not coming back and messing up “the rhythm of the team.”
