Shockingly, the former NBA star’s $12.5 million worth mansion is situated merely two miles from Khloe Kardashian’s house. After Tristan Thompson’s widely rumored latest attempt to ‘reunite’ with Khloe, jaw-dropping details about his recent purchase have emerged.
As per reports, a trust associated with Tristan Thompson made the purchase of the six-bedroom house on December 16 2022 for $12.5 million. However, reports also suggest that Thompson had to take a sizeable loan of over $8.5 million as a mortgage. Now, the rare details of his expensive house have finally surfaced.

Tristan’s house, which was previously owned by a car dealership veteran Howard Keyes, was built in 2010. The mansion was re-listed last year for $13 million after which Tristan Thompson got involved in the deal.
