It’s been a great few months for Golden State Warriors star Draymond Green. After winning the championship along with Stephen Curry, Green got married to his longtime girlfriend over the weekend. However, one moment from December 2020 might trump his wedding day.

Hazel Renee, an actress, made Green super proud before his return to the Warriors more than 20 months ago. The ‘Empire’ star met Green when both of them were at Michigan State University. However, they only fell in love years later, after establishing their careers. Back in December 2020, the couple was blessed with a baby girl.

The couple already had kids from their past relationships. Their daughter, Cash, was born after a few pains for Hazel. Green had posted on Instagram about how proud he was of her.

The caption read, “Haze you re-wrote the guide on how pregnancies should be. You the ?! The cherry on top was 27 hours, No Meds! Goat Mama B! Then came our sweet bundle of Joy! SCG! Thank you! Thank You! I love you for life!

Renee reminisced about the first date they went on. She said, “We went to a rooftop pool and hung out at the cabana all day, which is still one of our favorite things to do together“. She also revealed that they both were in theater class in college. Renee called Green her best friend.

Draymond Green got married to his girlfriend, Renee over the weekend in a beautiful ceremony. It was a star-studded affair with many NBA stars being present. Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, and the rest of the Warriors squad were present along with LeBron James, Jayson Tatum, and others. Millionaire rapper, DaBaby also performed at the wedding.

Green’s wedding comes just two months after the former Defensive Player of the Year won his fourth championship with the Golden State Warriors. Stephen Curry was named the Finals MVP for the first time in his career, as they established themselves as one of the greatest dynasties ever.
