Stephen Curry Ended Kanye West’s US President Ambitions by Endorsing an Unbeatable Candidate

Legendary Rapper Kanye West has made intentions clear that he would like to run for the presidential elections. He did announce in 2015 that he would run for the 2020 elections. But he later dropped out and said he would run for the 2024 elections due to Donald Trump being nominated.
And he did not receive a lot of support. Even Stephen Curry said he would back an unlikely candidate before he votes for Kanye West.

West made his intentions clear in 2015 that he would run for the Presidential elections in 2020. He said his main intention was to improve the healthcare system in the US. West even met with Trump several times to discuss multicultural issues. He supported Trump during his entire term. But in 2020, he decided to run himself. But he lost a supporter long ago before he decided to run himself.
Stephen Curry says he would vote for Riley Curry if Kanye West is on the ticket
Curry in an interview back in 2015, made his choice if Kanye ran for president. He said to would rather prefer his daughter Riley for President. Curry said, “As soon as she’s eligible. Her platform will be more cookies for everybody, plus free Whip/Nae Nae instructions. And everybody would be required to know, word for word, the lines to that Disney movie Descendants.”

“That would be the pledge of allegiance, or maybe the national anthem. I’d vote for her, especially if Kanye’s on the ticket. It’d be a fun country.”

Curry was not taking a shot at Kanye, but he was hyping up his young daughter, who had just been exposed to the spotlight. West also didn’t respond to Curry’s comments, and this was treated as a joke.

West has still said that he intends to run in 2024. He also has said he is open to running for the California Governor elections as well. He has been very busy in producing a few albums and he has also been very successful in business.

Meanwhile, Curry is in the middle of the playoffs and he is keen to add his illustrious resume as well. After a couple of mediocre years, the Warriors and Curry are again one of the favorites to win it all. The elections are not anytime soon, but we know who Curry will vote for if West decides to run for the elections.
