Golden State Warriors’ Stephen Curry had one of his best seasons yet. It might not have been as spectacular individually as his MVP seasons, but he finally won the one thing missing from his resume, the Finals MVP. And this has caused many to elevate him to their top 10 all-time rankings. However, Curry was given a brutal bashing from one basketball expert.

A teammate of Kobe Bryant and Shaquille O?Neal put them in the same class as Curry. Derek Fisher is a five-time NBA champion who spent the majority of his time with the Los Angeles Lakers. He won his first three titles with Shaq and Kobe and he left the team in 2004. He later returned to the Lakers and won two more titles with the team. Fisher placed Curry in the same class as Tim Duncan, Shaq, and Kobe.

But this has not gone down well with Skip Bayless, who was pissed with Fisher mentioning Curry in the same category as the other three legends.

Skip calls out Stephen Curry for coming up short in the 2016 NBA Finals
It’s safe to say Skip did not like what he heard about Curry. Over the last few months, Skip has been highly critical of Curry and has developed a reputation of being a hater. So he says, “A man, who came up so small, so much smaller than he even is at 6-feet-3, down the stretch of the 2016 Finals, that he led a contingent all the way across the country to Long Island to recruit, to beg one Kevin Durant to please come save him and them. Steph and the Warriors.”

Skip also made sure to mention that he appreciated Fisher, but highly disagreed with him regarding Steph. “I love Derek Fisher… I honor him and his opinions, I just happen to vehemently disagree with him… Let me get this one straight. You wanna talk about pure and utter blasphemy? How can we include within the confines of that same triumvirate- Duncan, Kobe, Shaq “

He also said that those three legends would never go to other superstars and ask them to join them. And despite Curry winning the only thing that was left from his resume, Skip is not impressed. At least not enough to put him in the same bracket as Kobe, Shaq, and Duncan.
