Curry said, “There’s a level of insecurity that comes with my personal experience of how I get ready for a season. I understand where the bar is at and I’ve got to keep raising it. So that level of insecurity drives me, because it’s three months where you’re thinking about how do you get better?”
The Dubs star made it abundantly clear that he doesn’t care about how he feels, but how he reacts to the feeling. For instance, Curry didn’t give up after almost hurling the Warriors into an unsurmountable 3-1 deficit during their recent matchup with the Kings. In fact, Curry called a timeout when there wasn’t any left. But he didn’t let this embarrassing incident overpower him, as the two-time MVP gears up to lead the defending champions to promised land.

Injury crisis or not, Steph Curry is up and about his business. Although he made a blunder in game 1 against the Kings, the Baby-Faced Assassin has hit the ground running in the 2023 NBA playoffs.
In 4 games against the Kings, Curry is averaging 31.5 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 3.8 assists. The series is tied at 2-2 and the all-important game 5 takes place on the 27th of April at the Golden 1 Center, the Sacramento Kings’ home court.
