Ayesha Curry revealed the key to her transformation in her appearance on the Rachel Ray show.

Stephen Curry and his wife’s ‘competition’

The 80:20 lifestyle played a crucial role in Ayesha Curry’s transformation. She also had to let go of her inner competition with her husband.

Ayesha Curry used to compete with her incredibly athletic husband, Stephen Curry, in her own unusual way. “I despise this society where people are constantly making comments about someone’s weight. Even if you have good intentions they might not feel the same way. They might like to be smaller or bigger etc. and I feel like every woman has a tarnished relationship with their weight and body because of this. Just say she look good.”

Fittingly, Ayesha continues on the show to speak about how she realized that by adapting to the demands and limitations of her own body, she got considerably better outcomes. The 33-year-old puts more emphasis on having fun in her life while still leading a healthy lifestyle rather than adhering to conventional diet regimens.
