A reignited rivalry between LeBron James and Stephen Curry gave fans a spectacle, another chapter in their rivalry. Stephen Curry’s loss has Kamala Harris wearing a Lakers uniform

It was only last season that Harris was on cloud nine. She welcomes Stephen Curry and fellow Warriors team members to the White House as champions. As an Oakland native, she is a die-hard fan of the Bay, but her household isn’t exactly cohesive. Emroff is from Southern California and a follower of the storied Los Angeles Lakers. So, when the two sides met, it was time for a friendly bet.

The Vice President’s most recent picture clarified the terms set. As the Bay lost in six games, she had to simply post a picture but underneath lay a Purple and Gold jersey. She might have fallen this time, but her support remains with the Warriors.

The Lakers too reacted to the photograph. “Thank you, Madam Vice President!” the 17-time champions tweeted out.

LeBron James and Co might have gone through the reigning champs, but the story is far from over. Their next opponents are the top-seed Denver Nuggets who are fresh off dismantling the Phoenix Suns. Led by two-time MVP Nikola Jokic, the 2020 ECF rematch will determine who goes through.
