Claxton switched his hand mid-air to swat the ball from Collin Sexton’s hand. Fans had high praise for this play from Claxton. Former Nets player Blake Griffin, had a similar block against the Boston Celtics, 7 years ago in the league. In addition to Claxton’s performance, Nets guard Kyrie Irving put up a match-winning 48 points, 11 rebounds, and 6 assists, in absence of teammate KD. The Nets guard had previously assured the fans, that they need not worry about KD’s absence and that the team can manage without him.
