However, Tristan’s $8.5 million loan along with his child support commitments could spoil the Cavs star’s goal of reuniting with Khloe Kardashian.
A trust associated with Tristan Thompson bought a lavish six-bedroom mansion worth $12.5 million in Hidden Hills on December 16, 2022. However, recent reports have suggested that the 2016 NBA champ took a sizeable loan on the same day to support his purchase.

According to The U.S. Sun, Tristan Thompson took a while to find a new house after he sold his Encino mansion in May 2022 for $7.8 million. The former NBA star finally made a big property purchase in Hidden Hills worth $12.5 million recently. However, reports suggest that Thompson took a loan worth over $8.5 million. Moreover, the $45 million worth Cavs star would have to pay back the loan by 2038.
