Notably, the Celtics star was part of the 2008 NBA Championship team. The 2008 Celtics roster consisted of the likes of Kevin Garnett and Ray Allen. According to the report, he said the current Celtics team could beat the 2008 NBA champions and compared them to Michael Jordan’s Bulls in the 90s. He said, “They [The current Celtics team] are built more like the Chicago bulls with MJ playing like Brown, Tatum playing like Pip, Smart is wild like Rodman, and Al is like Ron Harper.”
