Most people seem to think that Michael Jordan made his way into the world of entertainment when he co-starred alongside Bugs Bunny in a film that went on to be a blockbuster. Yes, that is ‘Space Jam’ which was such a big hit among fans. So much, that they had to make a sequel but with LeBron James starring in it.

However, the reality is that MJ’s fun side came out, along with his debut into pop culture, when he hosted the first episode of Saturday Night Live, Season 17. With its 30 year anniversary today, fans cannot get enough of the pictures of Jordan that have come back to life on social media from that particular episode.

Not only just for NBA fans but that episode is considered a classic and one of the best in SNL’s history. At the time, in 1991, Jordan has just added his first of his six NBA championships to his resume, this only sky rocketed his popularity more.
