LeBron James again put up a masterful performance against city rivals the Los Angeles Clippers. However, the Clippers eased past the Los Angeles Lakers with a 133-115 win. The Lakers have had the upper hand over the Clippers for years winning multiple championships and being a hot attraction for superstars. However, recent results are showing a shift in power in the city even though the Lakers recently won the NBA title in 2020. Lakers legend Shaquille O’Neal was not impressed with the loss against the Clippers.

During the Post Game Show on NBA on TNT, the crew analyzed the game and O’Neal gave his thoughts. In one instance Shaq stated James performed one of his moves during his playing career. Interestingly, it was not a glass-shattering dunk.

Shaquille O’Neal on James’ risky move

During the Post Game Show,?the host let Shaquille O’Neal know about the recent results between the two teams. He stated that the Los Angeles Clippers have won 35 games against the Los Angeles Lakers and lost only 7 games since 2012. Furthermore, the Clippers have won the games with an average of 11 points. O’Neal looked heartbroken about the recent Clippers’ domination and hilariously threw his notes. Shaq said, “First the Cowboys lose, and now this!”

On the other hand, former Clippers star Jamal Crawford was happy with the result and the winning record. Then the crew started to analyze the game with some highlights. In the third quarter, LeBron James dived into the stands for a loose ball after almost stealing the ball from Kawhi Leonard. As he fell up and over the first row and hit the deck, the host suggested that it was Shaq’s move. O’Neal replied, “That is my move! Keep that icy hot Bron Bron! Keep that icy hot Bron Bron! Man up!”

Despite his huge frame, O’Neal did not worry about diving into the crowd during his playing time. But it is safe to say that it would have been a scary sight for the fans to see the 7-foot powerhouse charging at them. However, one has to give him credit for the effort.

LeBron James recently turned 38, and he has been on a tear ever since. That was the case against the Los Angeles Clippers as well. The four-time champion erupted for game-high 46 points, with 8 rebounds and 7 assists.

Despite a huge game from James, the Los Angeles Lakers were not able to win the game. This has been the story of the Lakers so far this season. However, Lakers fans are hopeful the addition of Rui Hachimura from the Washington Wizards could help the team. Interestingly, a former Lakers veteran once compared Hachimura to Kawhi. It will be interesting to see Hachimura performs for the Lakers this season.
