After their win against the Sacramento Kings, Curry said, “That fourth quarter was just win-at-all-costs mode We were just trying to make plays. Thankfully, shots went down. We needed some results. We?ve still got some issues. We?ve still got to play better.”?So far in the season, the Golden State Warriors, who were labeled as the season’s favorites, have failed to live up to their expectations.

Only Stephen Curry and the senior players are working for the team

The issue Stephen Curry noted above is clearly the underperformance of the team’s young players and defenses. Jordan Poole, one of the Warriors’ most promising young players, appears to be losing his charm. Poole’s troubles with scoring and play-making are readily seen. Poole had 2 points, 1 rebound, and 3 assists in 22 minutes in the previous game. Other young players like Jonathan Kuminga and Kevon Looney have also performed poorly.

But as the regular season starts, the team’s downfall started and at the same time, the young department failed. And now the team is at a stage where the senior players are doing all the work for the team.
