With Curry winning his fourth title, the comparisons started between the two great players commenced. LeBron has been in the league for a long time, but having the same number of titles as Curry was called into the question.
However, longtime NBA analyst Colin Cowherd put those observations to bed. He recently shared his views about the comparison between the two.
Cowherd says LeBron James and Stephen Curry are not in the same class
Colin Cowherd spoke about the vast difference between players. He said, “You gonna tell me you wanna put Jayson Tatum and Luka in the same club as LeBron? You’ve better have a VIP room upstairs with only LeBron in it. … The gap between Steph and Tatum is the Grand Canyon, the gap between LeBron and Steph is the Grand Canyon.”
“You can’t just be throwing guys in the there because they have back-to-back really nice years and they’re All-Stars. There’s a million, a lot of people in movies are movie stars, there’s one Tom Cruise.”
