NBA All-Star Giannis Antetokounmpo launched his fourth custom shoe with Nike. On Wednesday morning, he handed out the Freak 4?s to his teammates, coaches, and members of the support staff. But when a teammate refused to wear the Freak 4s, Giannis Antetokounmpo resorted to interesting salesman tactics.?

The 2-time MVP has a long-term sneaker deal with Nike. His fourth shoe released in August 2022. It is available in 7 different colors and has his second son Mav?s name written on the bottom. He entered practice with a cart full of his Freak 4s.

Giannis Antetokounmpo: the sneaker salesman?

While asking each member their shoe size, Antetokounmpo went about giving his Freak 4?s to all the Bucks members. He humorously advised them to use them with caution. The team highly appreciated his gesture as they can be seen laughing and joking around with the Greek Freak.

When asked if these shoes would make them jump higher, Antetokounmpo donned the hat of a salesman. He said, ?These make you, hey, you jump higher, you euro-step.? ?He was honest with his selling as he stated that he isn?t sure if these shoes will make people shoot better.?

During practice, Antetokounmpo noticed that his teammate Serge Ibaka did not have the Freak 4s on him. Ibaka declined to wear them as he has a deal with Adidas. With a little assistance from his brother Thanasis Antetokounmpo, Giannis turned to an interesting sales tactic.

The brothers pinned Ibaka to the ground, snatched his shoes, and handed the Freak 4s to him.?

“This is business man, this is my business man?, said Serge Ibaka while he proceeded to wear his Adidas shoes again. This interaction left everyone in a fit of laughter.?

The Bucks are off to a flying start?

With seven straight wins, the Milwaukee Bucks are the only undefeated team in the NBA. Earlier in the day, the Bucks beat the Detroit Pistons in a 116-91. Antetokounmpo bagged 32 points while Jrue Holiday bagged 26 points.?

Despite the absence of Khris Middleton and Pat Connaughton, the Bucks managed to outscore the Pistons in each quarter of the game.
