Stephen Curry and Charles Barkley are currently in Lake Tahoe, Nevada, for a week of golf with athletes from different sports. The American Century Championship celebrity golf tournament is one that both Stephen Curry and Charles Barkley often take part in. In the last edition of this tournament, Barkley took the 76th spot out of a possible 87. It is believed that he would get the score of 76 in this year’s tournament.?

According to Caesars Sportsbook, odds are on Barkley to finish in the top 70 of the 87. Barkley currently sits at the 64th spot. Stephen Curry, who loves playing golf in the off-season, had something to say when the reporter asked him for his opinion on the best. Curry recently won his fourth NBA Championship with the Golden State Warriors. He took home the All-Star MVP and the NBA finals MVP. He is eyeing adding another trophy to his trophy case this off-season.

Curry and Barkley entered in some animosity-free banter during the golfing weekend. Stephen Curry was also spotted shooting a basketball, kicking a Memphis Grizzlies ball, and celebrating a 92-yard freakish eagle shot. He is thoroughly dedicated to winning and has already told his wife that in case he wins, this trophy would take the place of every other.?

The banter between Barkley and Curry is one that has been going on for multiple seasons. It is all fun, and the two legends take jabs at each other out of respect! Curry is way ahead of Charles Barkley in the standings; he has ranked Top 5 over three times in previous editions.

Stephen Curry was the first to start the exchange of jabs. He took the opportunity to troll Chuck when a reporter asked what he thinks of Charles Barkley’s top 70 odds.

Stephen Curry said,?”Hell no! Clip that, send it to him, let him play it on every TV box; there’s no way he’s doing it, so as much faith as Chuck has had in the warriors and jump shooting teams winning championships, that’s the amount of faith I have in him you know hitting the top 70.”

Barkley responded with some banter of his own. When shown the Curry interview, he laughed it off and took the opportunity to take a jab himself.

Barkley said,?”That’s harsh criticism coming from the third-best shooter in his family. He doesn’t have much room to talk.”

Hopefully, Charles Barkley makes that top 70, since he has trolled Curry it would not look good for him to lose the bet.

Stephen Curry is lights-out accurate in pretty much every sport he plays. He could probably not miss a shot even if he tried. The Golden State Warriors?point guard, Curry hit a 92-yard shot straight into the hole like a hawk.
