The information about the time he gambled with one of his teammates was shared during a podcast with boxing legend Mike Tyson.

Michael Jordan wants his winnings

Michael Franzese said that he loves Michael Jordan and admitted that he is his all-time favorite. He said that he was at a security meeting with the NBA and said that MJ was playing table tennis with the head of security for $5. Apparently, MJ’s teammate Horace Grant also owed Jordan $5 from the game.

Franzese revealed, “So Horace’s got his warmup suit on, and Michael says where’s my 5 bucks?’ [Grant says,] ‘Alright, I don’t have any money, it’s up on my room.’ He looks, ‘Go up and get it.’ He goes up, comes down, he hands Michael the 5 bucks, I witnessed it all. Horace looks and said, ‘Michael, 5 bucks!’ ‘Yeah, this is my trophy, I beat you!’ puts in his pocket and walks away.”?

Be it a game of cards, a game of golf, or any other fame, Jordan likes to bet irrespective of the amount of money involved.
