Considering he took Stephen Curry’s name, it is difficult to forget his fellow Splash Bro, Klay Thompson. Leaving all blunders aside, it was a great day for the Warriors and their fans as they celebrate their historic 2021-22 NBA title.

Thompson returned back after 3 years to help the Warriors win the title

The four-time NBA champion injured himself during the 2019 NBA finals against the Toronto Raptors which eventually led to their loss. He was out for 941 days during which the Warriors evidently struggled.

When the Warriors took on the Cleveland Cavaliers on the 9th of January, Thompson finally returned. He scored 17 points and helped his team beat the Cavs 96-82.
