Like father, like son. LeBron James’ youngest son, Bryce James, has been putting on displays of incredible star potential. The 6’6” guard recently took center stage on NBA Twitter after his insane dunk went viral. In what seemed like a causal drill, Bryce could be seen gearing up for a sprint to the rim, followed by a monstrous dunk. The dunk bore a stark resemblance to the King’s iconic one-handed fastbreak slam. In other words, Bryce seemed ready to participate in the All-Star Slam Dunk contest during the NBA All-Star weekend.

Consequently, the NBA world slipped into a major frenzy, and many fans started making bold predictions about Bronny’s potential and future in the NBA. They flooded the comment section of this viral Overtime clip of the dunk with their unique reactions.

Here are some fan reactions on Twitter:

Some fans even went to the length of claiming him better than his older brother, Bronny.

LeBron James’ second heir apparent

With Bronny completing his tenure with the Sierra Canyon Trail Blazers, the team has found the perfect replacement in his younger brother Bryce right on cue. As of now, Bryce is a Sierra Canyon freshman who is yet to get playing time on the Varsity level. However, the 15-year-old also plays for the Strive for greatness AAU team.

Though he hasn’t been eligible to be ranked on popular high-school rankings, many evaluators deem him to be one of his class’ best prospects. Rightfully so, after his stunning growth spurt to 6’6”, Bryce has displayed immense potential. Moreover, Bryce seems to have taken a page from his old man’s book as he doesn’t hesitate to drive to the paint and finish with power, thanks to his athletic gifts.

Many fans think Bryce will be the heir apparent, as Bronny James draws very little from his father when compared to Bryce. Bronny is a 6’3” guard with impressive playmaking abilities and sub-par shooting range, whereas Bryce, like his father, often drives to the rim with force while putting up freakish athletic feats. Interestingly, fans aren’t the only ones making the comparison.
