On an episode of ‘The Shop’, LeBron James recently recounted a tale regarding Maverick Carter, which made everyone burst out laughing.

Punctuality is key for LeBron James due to his busy schedule

LeBron James and other celebrities were talking about various colors of their lives. Sitting next to James is Carter. And right away, James talked about his schedule. He said, “I’m so like tedious with my schedule. Like if I say I’m doing this I’m doing that…” That’s when Carter interrupted by saying, “that’s an understatement.”

LeBron James went on to share an incident regarding Carter’s punctuality, he said, “This f*****g guy showed up for a meeting five minutes late… I was pissed.” As everyone, including Carter, started laughing, LeBron continued, “He is walking in five minutes late with his goddamn lemon water.” 

Later James mentioned that he was furious and said, “I’m going to kick him out of the meeting. The water comes out of the cup and hits me in the eye. I’m like, this m*****f***** man. Kick him out”. The room burst into laughter as James joined in too. Among the others laughing, one thing that can be constantly heard is Carter saying, “I got shit to do!”
