Magic Johnson vs Steph Curry. Who’s the greatest PG?

The Los Angeles Lakers icon, Magic Johnson won five NBA championships during his legendary career. He was part of the famed ‘Showtime Lakers’. He is often regarded as the greatest point guard in the NBA. Stephen Curry and the Golden State fans would certainly disagree with the claim now after his historic 50-point performance in Game 7.

While many agree that Curry is a much better shooter, Magic has the edge defensively. Some said that Steph didn’t need Kareem on his side to win all those championship titles. While all these claims are true, the debate of who’s best point guard remains quite contentious as it always seems to divide basketball supporters.
