The LSU women’s basketball team has been on a mission lately to secure the top players lately in the country. First, Louisville’s Van Lith and now DePaul Blue Demons’ Aneesah Morrow. The news left many in the basketball world feeling surprised and shocked.

After leading her team to their first NCAA title, Reese will have a more talented group to play alongside her in the next season. The  20-year-old Angel Reese bagged $1.3 million after her NIL evaluation took a giant leap following the traction of her clash with Caitlin Clark. While the money definitely has perks, the young star is already making waves for the women’s league as a whole.
