The Miami Heat came for revenge as they take on the Milwaukee Bucks. In their first regular season game, the Heat ran through the defending champions. While the entire team did their job, Tyler Herro’s performance stood out for the most part. Even LeBron James and Dwyane Wade couldn’t match Herro’s performance against the Bucks tonight.
Ever since the bubble, Bucks and Heat have been major rivals. It seemed like Milwaukee got the last laugh after they swept Miami in the playoffs last season. But the Heat came back for revenge as they beat the Bucks by over 40 points. Butler, Bam Adebayo and Tyler Herro were the main stars in the win as they combined for close to 70 points.
Herro made a quick impact to the game and helped the Heat establish a big lead. However, his performance was so good that two great Heat players couldn’t do it as well.

Herro puts up historic performance for the Miami Heat
In the blowout win for Miami, Herro was on fire. He exploded for 27 points off the bench, while also dishing out 5 assists. His words of putting in work during off season are seriously showing as he is off to a fly start. However, just how good was his performance tonight? Well, he did something no Miami player could achieve in the last 2 decades.
Playing just 24 minutes, Herro made the most use of his time on the floor. After a huge first quarter for Miami, the game never left their grasp. But Tyler Herro went on a tear after that. He had a 20/5/5 game in less than 25 minutes. This made him the first Heat player in the last 20 years to have this achievement. Not even Miami greats like LeBron James and Dwyane Wade could do it in their time with the organisation.

For the Bucks, they entered the game shorthanded, and it clearly showed, While Giannis and Khris Middleton did play, they had two major problems. The Bucks did not have a true center with Pat Connaughton starting at the 5 tonight. And they were missing Jrue Holiday tonight, which majorly affected their defense. They have now suffered their first regular season loss and will look to bounce back next game.
