The Houston Rockets won their game against San Antonio with a score of 128-124 thanks to the great play by guard Eric Gordon. He scored 31 points with great accuracy and range. Kevin Porter Jr., on the other hand, was able to make incredible shots down the stretch as well.

As for the Rockets (12-31), this season has not gone as well as they had hoped, winning the game against the Spurs made it their second win out of the twelve they have played. The Spurs (15-26), have lost eight of the nine games that they have played so far. In light of such teams’ performances and the upcoming trade deadline, it seems as if a rebuild might be in order, and Eric could be the potential suitor for that.

The score he made for Houston received many reactions on Twitter, especially after the team acquired the lowest rank in the western conference, and regarding his trade rumors, many offered their thoughts on possible teams.

The veteran guard Eric Gordon is considered a strong candidate for the upcoming trade deadline

Gordon, especially for Rockets, is one of their strongest trade contenders and as per his age, according to the NBA aging curve, his performance should deteriorate by the time Houston is ready to return at its peak. Currently, he is 33 years old. People are expecting Gordon to end up with The New York Knickerbockers or The Los Angeles Clippers after his last performance, encouraging many teams to come forward in Gordon’s trade.
