The friendship between Pau Gasol and Kobe Bryant

When Bryant’s family received the tragic news, Gasol never stopped looking after Bryant’s children and making sure they were okay. Likewise, he named her first daughter Elisabet Gianna Gasol in honor of the Lakers star and her daughter Gianna. Not only that, but he also named Vanessa the godmother of his children.

Additionally, he often sees Bryant’s daughters and has formed a good relationship with them. It is even stated in his documentary, ‘Pau Gasol: It’s About the Journey’, “He used to tell me, ‘I’ll send you my daughters so you can teach them about culture, awareness, things. And you send me your sons and I’ll,” said Gasol.
