Kevin Durant looks out for Moore

Durant went through a similar injury that kept him out for nearly two whole seasons. During the NBA finals in 2019, he tore his ACL. His road to recovery was tough, but the Slim Reaper took his time. Hence, after watching Moore’s injury, KD knew exactly what had happened. And he did his part in reaching out to the young star as soon as it happened.

Villanova’s coach narrated the experience, saying: “It was really nice of [Durant]. He spent a lot of time explaining to him about the injury, how he can come back, how he had the same thing. He was watching the game, he said he saw it. He knew exactly what it was. And he was really great with Justin.”

But Kevin Durant comes as proof that players can still stay on top. Since his return, the Slim Reaper has looked vicious and is still one of the best scorers.
