On Monday night the Golden State Warriors recorded their second win of the season against the Sacramento Kings. The final score was 130-125, and Stephen Curry was once again the star of the show. However, Curry also had a unique reason to celebrate this victory because he once again set an insane record in three-pointers. A record that arguably puts the rest of the league to shame.
Even though the Warriors were in complete control during the first three quarters, the game drastically changed in the fourth quarter. The Kings almost made up the difference by scoring 31 points while the Warriors only scored 17. In the end, the Warriors held on, winning by 5 points.

Jordan Poole, Stephen Curry, and Andrew Wiggins were the heroes of the night for the Warriors. On the other hand, De’Aaron Fox and Domantas Sabonis did not make the Warriors’ victory easy.
Stephen Curry sets yet another 3-point record
In the game between the Golden State Warriors and Sacramento Kings, Stephen Curry scored 33 points, 5 rebounds, and 2 assists in 32 minutes on the court. Out of those 33 points, Curry nailed seven three-pointer shots. With this, Stephen Curry recorded his 100th career regular-season game with 30 points and seven three-pointers. Which makes him the only player in NBA history to achieve such an insane record.
The second person on the list is James Harden with 42 such games. Then comes Damian Lillard with 36 such games and Klay Thompson with 30. If you combined all three of them you’ll get 108 games which are just eight more than Stephen Curry. And these statistics are enough to put the whole NBA world to shame while also demonstrating Chef Curry’s dominance in the three-point game.
