The Utah Jazz got quite plenty of rest after a blowout win against the Portland Trail Blazers. So, when they were about to lock horns with the Boston Celtics, everyone assumed that they might have lost a little bit of their momentum.
However, they didn’t forget to show their opponents the face of defeat, and the break didn’t help with their hot-headedness either. Rudy Gobert was about to get into another tussle with Celtics’ player, only to be dunked on a few moments later.

The Boston Celtics had just come off an intense game against the Philadelphia 76ers and grabbed that win. However, their overall record is 12-10, compared to Utah’s 14-7.

Yet, the highlight of the game was something that Marcus Smart pulled off. With less than 2 minutes left in the second quarter, Rudy Gobert found himself being ruthlessly defended in the paint by Grant Williams. This means that Williams was visibly pushing him even when he didn’t have the ball.
This really made Gobert furious, but what came after was worse. He got dunked on by Marcus Smart, which was quite humiliating.

The Utah Jazz was no less. They have Donovan Mitchell and Rudy Gobert: both their superstar duos took care of both ends of the floor. In fact, they had even more players scoring in double-digits than Boston.
However, they really let the Celtics startle them, and the game went head to head until the very end. However, the Jazz was able to hold onto the lead they got nearing the final minutes of the game and it was game over at 137-130.
