Hartenstein went to the floor as the referee stopped gameplay for a foul. The Portland Trail Blazers were no match for the Clippers after the incident as they lost their grip on the match with Paul George putting in a sensational performance.

Nurkic was given a flagrant 1 foul, and the Clippers were awarded 2 free throws for Hartenstein after the incident. It was not clear whether the elbow was intended or not, because it seemed as if Nurkic looked straight at Hartenstein while making the move.

Hartenstein converted one of the free throws as the Clippers kept possession. The lead increased to 9 points from 4 for the Clippers after the incident. Isaiah Hartenstein ended the match with 5 points and 4 blocks.

The final score read 102 for the Los Angeles Clippers and 90 for the Portland Trail Blazers. Paul George stole the show with 21 points in the match, 16 of them have come in the second half. Reggie Jackson had his fair share of points with 16 points for the night.

The Trail Blazers were no match for the Clippers, despite Norman Powell and Jusuf Nurkic having good games. Powell and Nurkic got 29 and 31 points respectively, but it was not enough to lead the Trail Blazers to a win.
