Russell Westbrook and the Washington Wizards headed to Boston for their matchup against the Celtics. As expected, the Celtics have truly dominated the visitors till halftime and look set to get their 7th win of the season.

The Celtics are severely shorthanded in this game as 3 of their players are sidelined after exposure to COVID-19. As a result, the team was forced to put Tacko Fall on the floor. Despite being the Celtics’ contingency plan, Fall is using this opportunity to the fullest as he showed his skills in the first half of the game.

In a play during the first quarter, Westbrook tried to shift momentum towards his side by knocking down a slam dunk. But Russ was countered at the rim by Celtics’ towering center as he swatted away the shot.

The former MVP is known for his flashy in-game dunks; however, dunking on the giant Fall is a herculean task (pun not intended) even for the impeccable Westbrook.

Furthermore, since he has joined the Wizards, Russ is still looking to find his touch. Even though he has managed decent numbers, he has been quite inefficient on the floor.

Apart from this phenomenal block on Westbrook, Tacko is getting the job done on both ends of the floor. Although it’s good news for the Celtics fans, Washington fans must be fuming.

Additionally, the Wizards have not had a good start to the season. As of now, they are floundering at 2-6 and the way the Celtics are playing, the Wizards might lose this fixture as well.
