Jaylen Brown gets in Nuggets star’s face

The Boston Celtics faced the Denver Nuggets at the latter’s home on January 1, 2023. The Nuggets were up by 13 points when a minor altercation took place between Celtics forward Jaylen Brown and Nuggets point guard Nah’Shon ‘Bones’ Hyland.?In the fourth quarter of the game, Brown was tripped by Hyland and fell to the floor.

As Brown got up, the two players immediately got into each other’s faces before they were separated by their teammates and the officials. While Brown seemed angry, Hyland seemingly looked unbothered going by the smile on his face.

The game ended with the Nuggets as the winners, who beat the Celtics 123-111 in the end.

Jokic’s Nuggets beat Tatum’s Celtics

While both teams are currently leading their respective conferences, the Denver Nuggets have seemingly proved that they are better than the Boston Celtics. Nuggets center Nikola Jokic led his team to victory scoring 30 points, 12 rebounds, and 12 assists. Bones Hyland scored 17 points, 2 rebounds, and 4 assists. Aaron Gordan added 18 points, 7 assists, and 6 rebounds, while Bruce Brown Jr. scored 21 points.

Notably, Nikola Jokic currently leads the MVP race, ahead of Jayson Tatum and Luka Doncic. Jokic already won the MVP award in the last two seasons and will be looking to win a historic three-peat this year.
