Following a long absence due to his tail bone contusion, Jimmy Butler returned to the court to score 93-83 for the Miami Heat against the Orlando Magic. He added 17 points and 11 rebounds, as well as four assists and three steals to the total score of the team. As far as his injuries go, he has missed a total of 12 of Miami’s last 13 games.
Upon his return, however, things do not look as rosy as they did before, during a match between the Golden State Warriors and the Heat, there was an incident that shocked everyone. Butler got seriously injured during the game. He needed help getting off the court.

Is Jimmy Butler coming back from the last injury he suffered during the Warriors vs Heat match?
It’s not the first time Butler left a game with an injury. He had previously been hurt playing against the Los Angeles Lakers in November. Butler returned after his full recovery.

After returning to the court and having some time to heal, he suffered another injury during the game. Butler carried the ball to the basket and slipped in between, causing a serious injury to his right ankle. Following that, the Heat’s teammates had to carry him off the court.

Butler’s two-way game is a plus for the Heats. The Heats made 33-19 with him during the 2020-21 regular season compared to 7-13 without him. With a win share per game of 9.3, he ranks fifth in the NBA.

The NBA also mandated health and safety protocols which caused him to miss ten games. Some games are due to knee injuries, two games are related to sprained ankles, two due to sore ankles, including a game with the non-contagious illness, and two are due to sudden low back tightness.
In the absence of Butler this season, Heats’ didn’t score many points creating many questions in fans’ minds. Following the last injury at the court, the fans are waiting fearfully. They want to know if he will come back.
