LeBron James’ hilarious turnover adds to the Timberwolves scoreboard

Although both teams entered this matchup with some momentum, Minnesota seemed to be the only team carrying it during the game. They continued to outscore the purple and gold in all of the quarters. In fact, they were up by 85-65 by the end of the third quarter.

They have Karl-Anthony Towns putting up incredible numbers on the board, along with De’Angelo Russell, and Malik Beasley pitching in behind him. This had Lakers fans looking for their superstars. Turns out, while Russell Westbrook, a player just ruled out of the league’s health and safety protocols, was the only one putting up decent numbers.

However, by the time LeBron James caught some momentum, they were still unable to catch up to their opponents. They continued to trail throughout the game, and Bron’s turnover that landed on Jarred Vanderbilt’s face led to a dunk for Malik Beasley. Looks like the odds are in their favor.

While players checking into the league’s health and safety protocols has become a problem for the Lakers, there is another reason for their inefficiency. What’s the point of forming a ‘Big Three’ when even one of them isn’t living up to the expectations.

At first, Russell Westbrook was bearing the brunt for his inability to step up, now it’s Anthony Davis. Not only has AD failed to keep himself off the injury list, but even his presence hasn’t been of great help. This was just the case while playing the Timberwolves. He could not even reach double-digits until he was injured once again.

With the fourth quarter in full force, the Lakers look like they’re going to lose this one. Do you think they can pull off an incredible upset? Or that’s too much to expect out of them?
