It is a common sight these days to see players getting ejected from NBA games. A couple of technical fouls and that’s all it takes for the referee to throw a player out. What’s not a common occurrence is a head coach being thrown out of the game for whatever reason there is. Well, fans got to see another head coach ejection this season during the game between the Indiana Pacers and the Houston Rockets.

Notably, the game did not even reach halftime before the referee threw out the coach. Indiana Pacers head coach Rick Carlisle was thrown out of the game after getting into a heated argument with the officials over a no-foul call on Tyrese Haliburton.
