As one superstar came back from injury, another one went down for the Golden State Warriors. Stephen Curry made a return to the Warriors lineup a few days ago after an unfortunate leg injury. But as Steph was finding his footing again, another Warriors star went down with an injury during the game against the Milwaukee Bucks and he was rushed to the locker room immediately, sending Dubnation into a frenzy.

With over eight minutes left to play in the third quarter, the Warriors were leading the Bucks by 10 points. However, that lead was soon jeopardized as Draymond Green suffered an injury to his right ankle.

Draymond Green is the team’s defensive anchor. The Warriors have plenty of players to take on the offensive load. However, the same cannot be said for their defense. In fact, after the injury to Green, the Bucks were able to overcome the 10-point deficit. Not only that, but they managed to take the lead in the same quarter. However, the team rallied in OT to get a much-needed win.

After getting evaluated in the locker room, Green did manage to make his way back onto the court. Yet fans are on the edge of their seats, waiting for an official report to come in. The Warriors moved to the 6th seed with the win and fans will be hoping the team can build on this success.
