“We Don’t See Eye to Eye on Many Things…”: Trinity Rodman Exposed Struggles with Father Dennis Rodman After His Gesture of Support in 2021

NBA Legend Dennis Rodman is known to be a lot of things. A tenacious rebounder, gritty defender, serial winner, Bad Boy, and a ton of other stuff. But he is not known for being a great dad and Rodman himself has admitted to it several times. Trinity Rodman opened up on her struggles with her dad after his gesture of support in 2021.

Rodman has had three children with multiple partners over the years. He had a daughter with his first wife and he later had a daughter and a son with his third wife. Rodman has spoken several times about wanting to be a better father to his children. He said that the only major demon in his life is to convince himself that he is a good dad.

The Worm also did not have a great relationship with his father and he only got to know about him years later. Rodman grew up with his mother and two sisters and he did not have a father figure in his life. He eventually reconciled with him years later.

Trinity opened up about having Dennis Rodman as a father

Rodman’s daughter Trinity is a member of Washington Spirit and in 2021, she was in for a surprise during a game. During a National Women’s Soccer League playoff game, her dad Dennis Rodman showed up. Trinity was elevated, and she later hugged him after the game. She also went on Instagram to address her dad coming to her game and how their relationship has been over the years.

“My dad doesn’t play a big role in my life at all and most people don’t know that, we don’t see eye to eye on many things. I go months, if not years, without his presence or communication. Being in spotlights has been hard for us, him and me.”

She agreed that the two don’t have the greatest of relationships, but she said that both of them are humans. At the end of the day, she is his daughter and his little girl and that would never change. She also hoped that the relationship improves, and she looks forward to it.
