In an interview, Hanlen relived how he got to spend time with his idol. Looking up to His Airness as a child, he was now right beside him. Joel Embiid’s trainer said: “Michael Jordan, Jayson Tatum, and I went and golfed with him two summers ago. It was still like this is still Michael Jordan. So it was funny because we were golfing, like 13 holes in, there was a big rain delay. Thunderstorms came down. So Jayson’s like damn man, we are 5 holes away from finishing. Because I grew up idolizing him I’m like ‘Rain delay means we get to hang out with Michael Jordan more.'”
