One of the reasons that Shaq’s apartment was sold at a much lower price the customization that Shaq got was massive. And the buyers for such houses are comparatively low. With Brady and Gisele, their house was situated in Los Angeles, the city of stars. And their house was situated in a prime area. Even though their mansion was huge, it is very common for stars to have such massive mansions. And that may be why it sold at such a higher price.
