Celtics legend’s compelling Jaylen Brown take has NBA Twitter divided

The Boston Celtics boast of having one of the best young cores in the league currently. The dynamic trio of Jayson Tatum, Marcus Smart, and Jaylen Brown are the leaders of the team in both offense and defense. However, there is no denying that Tatum takes home most of the plaudits.

This doesn’t sit right with Paul Pierce. During an appearance on SiriusXM NBA Radio, the NBA legend compared Brown’s situation to the ones faced by Harden and Tracy McGrady while playing for the Oklahoma City Thunder and Toronto Raptors, respectively.

Here’s what NBA Twitter had to say about Pierce’s comments.

Some fans already have some potential future destinations in mind in case Brown wants to leave.
