Shai Gilgeous-Alexander had a breakthrough 2021-22 season. He scored 24.5 points and had almost six assists per game last season. Despite that, Thunder couldn’t qualify for the playoffs. But the player who shocked the LeBron James’ Lakers also left NBA fans amazed recently.

He posted pics from the Paris Fashion Week on his Instagram. He modeled for American fashion designer Thom Browne. The latter showcased his spring 2023 collection to fashion lovers in Paris. Men covered their waists with low-rise cropped skirts and small shorts. Browne, according to many reviewers, managed to blend the definitions of masculinity and femininity by using traditionally feminine textiles to construct traditionally masculine silhouettes.

Alexander’s talents are already awe-worthy, but his fashion choices were left to be desired. Fans made fun of the choices made by Browne. Shai just got strays after strays from these people. Some have even written, “Why you let them dress you like this bro??” to Shai.

Alexander shocked LeBron James’ Lakers twice

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander beat LeBron James’ Los Angeles Lakers twice in eight days. He stunned them with a logo shot. The OKC Thunder were down against the Lakers. In their first game, the Thunder were down 26 points but beat the Lakers. Shai scored 27 points back in October.

He nailed a dagger bomb from 40 feet to put the Lakers at bay during the 2nd game in November. The Thunder finished the Lakers off with another comeback victory. The youthful OKC team overcame a 19-point deficit to defeat the 2020 champions 107-104 in another amazing victory.

This time too, Shai scored 28 points. The youthful Thunder skipper finished the game with four triples, six assists, three rebounds, a steal, and a block. LeBron James did not play the second game due to injury.

Shai has a promising future in the league. The Thunder have built a great squad with him and Josh Giddey. Their new draftees, like Chet Holmgren and Ousmane Dieng too, look promising. Can they match the 2012 Thunder team? Only time can tell.
