“Wild Strawberry” Stephen Curry Openly Cringes at Series of Uncomfortable Compliments by Warriors Teammate

Stephen Curry is one of the most lovable and cherished players in the league. His teammate rave about his on the court and off the court demeanor. And how he conducts himself in the team. But it looks like Stephen Curry is not a fan of every compliment that comes his way.

In a recently released team youtube video , Curry can be seen not taking one of the compliment thrown at his side nicely. When Andre compliments him by saying he is a wild strawberry, Curry doesn’t have a positive response. See the video below-

Golden State continues to dominate

Curry and his teammates can afford to chill and do PR work right now because Golden State continues to dominate the Denver Nuggets. Going into today’s game, they have a three games to zero lead. With no significant contribution from his teammates, the reigning MVP Nikola Jokic has struggled against the Warriors. Draymond Green has shut him down and Jordan Poole has provided the offensive punch.

With Curry continuing to ramp up his numbers, GSW suddenly looks like the team to beat in the western conference. Klay Thompson has also regained his scoring touch and with the right mixture of veterans and youth, Warriors suddenly look primed for a title run.

For Golden State to make a title run, though, they will require the former two-time MVP to get back to the form he showed during the early stages of the league. Curry may look like a lovable person who he is, but when he is on fire, he can torch a defense single-handedly.
