Boston Celtics injury updates and predicted lineup

The Boston Celtics are finally seeing their Big Three of Jayson Tatum, Jaylen Brown and Kemba Walker healthy, and back on the court. Kemba Walker, especially, has looked a bit rusty coming back from a long injury layoff.

The Celtics have some minor injury concerns ahead of their game against the Lakers. Rookie guard Payton Pritchard is out with a knee injury, backup center Tacko Fall is out with a knee injury, and guard Romeo Langford is also out with a wrist injury.

The Celtics have seen the duo of Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown perform exceptionally well this regular season. If the Celtics want to be triumphant against the Lakers, both Brown and Tatum have to produce amazing performances.

Los Angeles Lakers injury updates and lineup prediction

The Los Angeles Lakers suffered their second loss in a row for the very first time as the Detroit Pistons beat them 107- 92. The champions were pretty even till the fourth quarter. But they had a woeful performance in the fourth quarter as they fell flat and scored only 14 points.

Not only did they lose two games, they also lost their position in the Western Conference and are currently the third seed. The Lakers missed Anthony Davis’ presence in the game. Without Davis, players like Blake Griffin and Jeremy Grant had a field against the champions.

The Lakers might have some injury concerns for the next game. AD is questionable for the game as he recovers from a quadriceps injury. Apart from him, forwards Jared Dudley and Kostas Antetokounmpo are sidelined with calf and knee injuries, respectively.

The champions will hope to make a solid comeback against an Eastern Conference juggernaut in Boston Celtics.

The LA Lakers, this season, have always made a big statement win after a disappointing loss. They will be willing to do the same against the Celtics, too. The Celtics are seeing the return of the return of their Big Three, who might be rusty on the court. The Lakers thus have a slight edge over the Celtics in this fixture.
