However, they have made a resounding comeback this week with two successive wins. In their most recent outing against the Bulls, the Nets had a rather comfortable 115-107  victory. The San Antonio Spurs, meanwhile, pulled off a shock 146-125 victory against an Eastern Conference juggernaut in the Milwaukee Bucks. They had a great all-round performance against the Bucks as veterans like DeMar DeRozan and Rudy Gay had big time scoring performances while guards like Lonnie Walker and Dejounte Murray had great shooting nights. With the Pelicans without Zion losing games, the Spurs are looking like a lock for the upcoming play-in tournament. But they should be focused on winning at least two of their remaining games.

The Nets might miss two of their stars in Kyrie Irving and James Harden against the Spurs, but their role players are showing great form lately and superstar Kevin Durant is available for them. Given the form of their role players and the offensive talent Durant is, the Nets have an edge over the Spurs in this match-up.
