After two crushing losses to the Pistons and the 76ers, the champions, Los Angeles Lakers, have bounced back in some style, winning three games in a row. They have the second best record in the league, with 17 wins and 6 losses.

The Pistons’ disastrous season continued against the Suns as they were beaten 109-92. With this loss, they have now suffered their 17th loss of the season. Given the injury woes they have been suffering, their lack luster form is not surprising.

The Lakers won their third match in a row as they beat the Nuggets 114-93. With this win, they have the second best record in the league.

However, they might have some injury concerns for their upcoming game. Jared Dudley and Kostas Antetokounmpo are sidelined with calf and knee injuries, respectively, while superstar Anthony Davis is questionable as he recovers from a knee injury.

The Pistons have some major injury concerns. Guards Wayne Ellington, Frank Jackson and Killian Hayes are out with a calf, ankle, and a hip injury, respectively. Center Jahlil Okafor is out with a knee injury, while Derrick Rose might be rested against the Lakers.
